- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped or grated
- 1 cup Cucumber, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup beet root, finely chopped
- 1 cup sprouted moong dal
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- Salt to taste
How to prepare
- Take a deep bowl and put the cabbage, cucumber, moong dal sprouts and beet root into it.
- Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and mix well
- Add black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and salt and mix everything well.
- Add salt according to your taste.
- Salad is ready to be served.
Important: You can also add come chat masala to enhance the taste and flavor.
