Palak ki Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 cup Cucumber, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup beet root,  finely chopped
  • 1 cup sprouted moong dal
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch black pepper powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare

  1. Take a deep bowl and put the cabbage, cucumber, moong dal sprouts and beet root into it.
  2. Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and mix well
  3. Add black pepper powder, cinnamon powder and salt and mix everything well.
  4. Add salt according to your taste.
  5. Salad is ready to be served.

Important: You can also add come chat masala to enhance the taste and flavor.
