Spicy Karela masala is a delicious dinner recipe where cauliflower is mixed with Kerala and the taste comes out to great that even kids wont mind eating it.
Put 1 Tbsp of oil in a broad pan and heat it. Now add the slices of bitter gourd and mix them well.
Cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes on a medium flame.
Keep stirring till the bitter gourd turn little brown
Mix chopped onions, grated cauliflower, Chopped coriander, Bengal gram flour, chilli powder and coriander powder in a separate bowl to prepare the mixture.
Now add this mixture to the bitter gourd in the pan and mix them well.
Cook on a medium flame for about 1 to 2 minutes and keep stirring in between.
Garnish the dish with Coriander leaves and serve immediately.
