Scrambled eggs with bunch of veggies making it a kids favorite
Chop onion, broccoli, spinach, coriander, bell pepper, and green chilli and keep aside.
Add 1 Tea spoon butter and olive oil and let it heat.
Add onion leaves, broccoli, spinach, bell pepper and fry it for few minutes
One one side of pan add one tea spoon of butter and let it melt.
mix egg yolk, onion, green chilli, cumin, red chilli and salt. Pour this mix on the butter.
Mix all ingredients and keep moving the mix for another few minutes and the egg bhurji will be ready.
