Healthy cabbage salad recipe full of fiber and tastes great
- 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 2-1/2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 tsp green chilli, chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
How to prepare
- Prepare the salad dressing by adding the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
- Mix cabbage, green chillies, and coriander leaves in a separate bow.
- Pour the dressing on the salad and mix well.
- Freeze for few minutes and serve.
Important: You can add plain salt also as per the taste requirements.
