Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

For Dressing

  • 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/4 tsp black salt

For Salad

  • 2-1/2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tsp green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

How to prepare

  1. Prepare the salad dressing by adding the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Mix cabbage, green chillies, and coriander leaves in a separate bow.
  3. Pour the dressing on the salad and mix well.
  4. Freeze for few minutes and serve.

Important: You can add plain salt also as per the taste requirements.
