Colorful and healthy salad with bell peppers and zucchini full of fiber and vitamin c.
- 1/4 cup zuchhini, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup, red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green capsicum, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cup moong sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
How to prepare
- Put Zucchini, capsicum and sprouts in a deep down. Toss the ingredients well.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice, salt and mix well.
- freeze for few minutes and serve.
Important: Add chopped and peeled apple pieces to enhance taste.
