Bell Pepper, Zucchini and Sprouts Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup zuchhini, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup, red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup moong sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste

How to prepare

  1. Put Zucchini, capsicum and sprouts in a deep down. Toss the ingredients well.
  2. Add olive oil and lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  3. freeze for few minutes and serve.

Important: Add chopped and peeled apple pieces to enhance taste.
