 ¼ cup oil
 2 medium onions, finely chopped
 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
 1 cup peas
 ½ cup tomato puree
 1 ½ tsp garam masala
 1 ½ tsp red pepper powder
 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
 salt to taste

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Stir in the onions, ginger garlic paste, and cook until the onions are tender.

Mix in the potatoes and peas. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

Stir the tomato puree, garam masala, red pepper powder and salt into the mixture.

Continue cooking about 10 minutes.

Mix in the chopped coriander leaves and continue cooking about 2 minutes.

Serve hot
